why me?
Matthew is my life saver! After working with him for a month, I became more motivated to make changes in my life! I am eating healthier and actually enjoy going on a walk or riding my bike! It's time for a breath of fresh air. I'm guessing your standard treadmill or elliptical routine feels a bit stale and stifling inside of your concrete cage of a corporate gym. Not to worry, we're gonna wake up all those dormant muscles while basking in the beauty of God's green earth. I strongly believe that human beings were not meant to be confined indoors, butt glued to an uncomfortable, posture-annihilating office chair or spine-destroying couch, while being sedated by the numbing radiation of a computer monitor or television screen. This environment does not contribute to positive social, mental or physical health. The current system would have you believe otherwise.
