why you?


After years of commuting ... I developed lower back and sciatic pain. Matthew designed a strengthening program suited to my personal needs. We focused on core strength, balance, posture and the muscles that support the back. My overall strength has improved significantly and endurance is much better. Not too long ago I could not walk 3 blocks to the store without pain, but just last week, I walked up Queen Anne's 'Counterbalance with no back pain!
