Program Design

I have worked with Matthew for only a few months and I have been able to alleviate lower back pain, strengthen my upper body and improve my dance performance.  As a competitive ballroom dancer and weighing less than 110 pounds, building muscle mass has been important to my competitive career. My dance partner agrees, no one would know I am over 50 years old thanks to Matthew.

My tool closet is ever-expanding and I'm always open to new ideas.

I do request all clients bring an ample amount (minimum of 32 fl. oz.) of water, a hand towel and sunblock/sunscreen at your discretion. Because stretching is a crucial element of any complete exercise formula, I do provide a yoga mat. However, if you prefer to use your own, feel free to bring it along.

*Clients who prefer to train indoors due to inclement weather, program specifications, or because fresh air makes you physically ill, still retain that option. As a fully insured and trained fitness professional, I have at my disposal the Osiris Dynamic Training facility located at 112 Fifth Avenue North, Seattle WA, 98109. This unique environment provides all the basic equipment required for any exercise curriculum as well as an exclusive setting distant from the hustle and bustle of a typical neighborhood gym. Because I essentially rent this space for client use, a fee does apply on a per session basis.
