Boot Camp


Working with Matt is a great experience.  Being outdoors for the workout sessions is really refreshing and the exercises taught are ones that can be done at work or around the house without all the fancy equipment.  Very practical for a busy lifestyle!  Matt is genuine in his want to help improve the lifestyles of his clients and makes working out something to look forward to!

Breakthrough Boot Camp*

If you're not quite ready for a one on one butt whooping session, check out a group class.  Rain or shine, one hour long boot camp sessions are designed to keep your limbs moving and your blood pumping, pushing you through your own personal limits.  You move at your own pace with a little encouragement and motivation from me and the other frenzied movement around you.  Exercises cover the movement spectrum; everything from jumping jacks and hill climbers to donkey kicks and watching TV!  All exercises are adaptable to every fitness level, you work with what you got!  Expect to breathe hard, sweat hard and let it all out.

Currently running Wednesdays at 530pm and Saturdays at 9am.**

*Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to get started.
**If you have a couple friends and wish to start your own Breakthrough Boot Camp hour that works better with your schedules, please contact me and we'll work something out.
